600-900mm vanity with soft close finger pull draws and doors

18 square metres of wall tiles (at a cost of up to $30/m2)

Ceramic integrated vanity top for ease of cleaning

Your choice of Standard flat mirror or matching shaving cabinet above vanity

Your choice of wall mixer for shower

Chrome accessory pack including: Tower rail, toilet roll holder

2x smart-waste (tile-insert) chrome floor wastes

Your choice of vanity mixer tap

Shower head on rail

1x pop-up waste for vanity

5 square meters of floor tiles (at a cost of up to $30/m2)

Our Services Include:

Demolition

✔Disconnection and removal of all existing PC items

✔ Floor and wall tiles, including old cement bedding

✔ Removal of old bathroom walls (as necessary)

✔ Complete rubbish removal, off site.

Electrical

✔ Replacement of 1 power point and  1 light switch.

Plumbing

✔ Installation of new PC items in package, including toilet, vanity, towel rail, toilet roll holder, shower head, shower mixer, vanity mixer

✔ Plumbing works undertaken by skilled and licensed plumber.

Carpentry

✔ Re-sheeting of walls where needed- ready  for waterproofing

✔ Framing and Shower/Bath Niche if requested

✔ Trimming and Re-hanging of existing bathroom door

Waterproofing

✔ Waterproofing to Australian standards using premium waterproofing products

✔ A waterproofing certificate issued upon completion of the job

✔ Aluminum angles supplied and installed around shower and at the door

Tiling

✔ Up to 18 square meters of tiling on walls and up to 5 square meters on  floor by skilled  and licensed tiler

✔ New screed to create appropriate falls to drains

✔ All glues, tile trims and grouts

✔ Supply and installation of custom semi-frameless shower screen

✔ Painting of bathroom ceilings

✔ Final clean of bathroom prior to handover
